Artist statement

 
My artwork supports a viewer’s experience to reflect on how they perceive, define and relate to visual information. Through this reflection I hope to inspire them to activate their “left brain” or creative side of their psyche so we can collectively evolve as creative human beings. I use a variety of mediums and process including painting, digital 3d environments, and video works.

Bio Statemet

Alicja was born in Poland as a child and moved to the United States in 1981.  Her work supports a viewer’s experience to reflect on how they perceive, define and relate to visual information through a variety of mediums and process including painting, digital 3d environments, and video works.  She earned an Associate in Science in Film and Video Production from Valencia Collage and will earn a double degree in Bachelor of Fine Arts in Emerging Media and Web Design from the University of Central Florida in December 2021 and May 2022. Alicja also won the 2021 Provost Purchase Award, University of Central Florida.
